Read a plain sheet from the specified path.
- Parameters:
file (str) – Path to the plain sheet file.
- Returns:
Worksheet information.

Note
Specifying a sheet that has already been loaded by FEMTUS will result in an error. This is a specification of the FEMTUS API.
